Ralf Derksen

Ralf Derksen is an experienced professional in product development and design within the ceramics industry. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Product Development Ceramics and Head of TPD Improvement Management Ceramics at Geberit since September 2018, Ralf Derksen previously held various leadership roles at Villeroy & Boch from January 1999 to August 2018, including Department Manager of Global Product Development & Design, where responsibilities included overseeing worldwide product development processes and coordinating new product development in sanitary ware. Ralf's career began at KERAMAG AG as a Ceramic Modeller, specializing in the design and modeling of sanitary ware. Educational qualifications include studies in glass technology and ceramics at Universität-FH-Duisburg and an Abitur from Willibrord Gymnasium Emmerich with a focus on mathematics and geography.
