Monalisa Haile

Monalisa Haile serves as the Marketing Director at Gebeya Inc. since July 2023 and hosts the PeopleChatPodcast, focusing on HR and corporate workplace issues. Monalisa has been a Consul at InterNations since December 2020, organizing networking events for expats. Previously, Monalisa held the role of Communications and Marketing Manager at Africa Jobs Network from May 2022 to July 2023. At The HEINEKEN Company, Monalisa excelled in multiple positions from January 2015 to January 2021, including Individual Data Driven Marketing Specialist, Employee Experience Manager, and Employee Engagement Officer, where Monalisa implemented significant changes in digital marketing strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Monalisa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from Addis Ababa University and a Master's in Business Administration from Jimma University.
