Benjamin Velten has a diverse work experience, primarily with Gebr. Pfeiffer, starting in 2014 as a Sales Manager Spare Parts Service until 2017. Benjamin then joined Gebr. Pfeiffer Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2017 as a Sales Manager Spare Parts. Returning to Gebr. Pfeiffer in 2018, they worked as an Area Manager until 2020, and later as a Senior Sales Manager until 2022. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Head of Customer Service Center since January 2023. Before joining Gebr. Pfeiffer, Benjamin worked at Tschan GmbH from 2008 to 2014, initially as a CNC Operator and later as a Sales Manager.

Benjamin Velten completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales and Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, they also participated in an international bachelor program in Sales Management at Suffolk University.
