Holder of a DESS in Human Resources Management from the University of Dijon and a DEA in Economics and Human Resources from the Paris University I, she has 24 years' experience in the field of human resources at major French groups. She worked at Suez Environnement and Italcementi Group, before joining Technip in 2008 where she was successively Head of Human Resources Development and then Director of Human Resources. In 2014, she joined the French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement / AFD) as Executive Director in charge of Human Resources. She then moved to Gecina as Executive Director of Human Resources in March 2019.
