Frédéric Vern

General Secretary at Gecina

Frédéric Vern is a Rouen University (private law), Leuven University (European commercial law) and Sciences-Po Paris graduate, a qualified attorney and an associate professor at Sciences-Po Paris. Following several years as a lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2002-2007) and Mayer Brown (2007-2010), he joined Ivanhoé Cambridge Europe in May 2010, serving as Vice President Legal Affairs Europe. In 2017, Frédéric Vern joined Gecina to head up all corporate and real estate legal functions, as well as the Board’s secretary’s office. He has been appointed General Secretary on 1st March 2019. has been appointed General Counsel, in charge of the legal department and the Board secretary’s office. He also oversees Gecina’s company foundation.
