Kevin Padden

Kevin Padden is an experienced professional in business development and product strategy, currently working at Gecko Robotics since February 2025. Previously, Padden served as Global Business Development Manager at Formlabs, focusing on exploring new business models and alternative markets, and as Global Manager of Business Development at Lux Research, leading a team to engage enterprise-level clients in sustainability innovation. With a strong background in sales and engineering, Padden has held various positions at Formlabs, including Automotive & Production Sales Team Lead and Enterprise Account Manager at Erwin Junker Machinery, where significant achievements included exceeding sales targets and contributing to critical projects. Padden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and German from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by studies at Universität Innsbruck.
