Marissa Heiles

Marissa Heiles currently serves as the Global Supply Manager at Gecko Robotics, Inc., a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Marissa gained extensive experience at Philips, holding various roles including Sr. Supply Chain Manager and Commodity Manager, where responsibilities included supplier relationship management, performance development, and strategic negotiation. Additionally, Marissa contributed as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Process Control Engineer, focusing on quality standards and reliable production processes. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Danaher Business System Leader at Danaher Corporation and as a Lean Applications Specialist at WESCO Distribution, driving process innovation and continuous improvement. Marissa began their professional journey as an Industrial/Quality Engineering Co-Op at MSA - The Safety Company. Marissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has education from Washington & Jefferson College.
