John Pope

John Pope is an experienced engineer and manager with a robust background in quality assurance and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Project Engineer/Mgr at GECOM Corporation since May 2004, John oversees new model program launches and leads Engineering Change Management, CCC Compliance, and IMDS management. Prior to this role, John held multiple QA leadership positions and was responsible for compliance efforts across various standards. At Intertec Systems, from 1996 to 2004, John managed new model quality assurance for notable automotive clients, including Ford and GM. Earlier in John’s career, experience included project management and quality management roles at Findlay Industries, coordinating new product launches and overseeing production and quality departments. John earned a BS/BA degree in Finance with Engineering and Management credits from Valparaiso University from 1980 to 1984.
