Cezmi Kurtuluş

He was born in 1958 in Istanbul. He completed his education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mathematics Engineering. He received his graduate education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. Between 1983-1992, he held senior management positions in the audit and consultancy departments of PriceWaterhouse. He joined Sabancı Holding A.Ş. in 1992, took part in Finance and Financial Affairs positions as a senior manager, and served as the Head of the Budget, Accounting and Consolidation Department between 2009-2012. He also served as a board member at Kordsa Global, Brisa, Enerijisa, Enerjisa Natural Gas, Temsa Global, Sasa and Yünsa companies. Between 2012 and 2014, he continued to serve as the Head of Executive Board and Finance at Tamek Holding A.Ş. During this duty, he carried out the responsibility of Financial Affairs and Finance, Budget and Planning, Projects, Human Resources and Information Processing Departments. He started to work at Gedik Holding A.Ş in November 2014 and still continues his duty as a Member of the Board of Directors and Financial Coordinator.
