Lee Vanderpool

Lee Vanderpool, JD/MBA, currently serves as President and CEO of Gee Heavy Machinery and Platform CEO for Heavy Equipment at Gee Automotive Companies. In addition, Lee holds the position of President and CEO at Heavy Equipment Management Company LLC (HEMCO). Previously, Lee was the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Cashman Equipment Company, overseeing a large Finance Division and legal matters prior to its acquisition by Empire Southwest. Lee's legal experience includes roles as Of Counsel at Pepper Hamilton LLP and Senior Associate at Clifford Chance Europe LLP, focusing on finance transactions across various jurisdictions. Lee's educational background includes an MBA and JD from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Emory University.
