Julie Garza is a seasoned beauty industry strategist and brand builder with over 30 years of experience in launching and transforming brands across retail and digital markets. As the Founder and Owner of Belleza Brands, LLC since June 2014, Julie has demonstrated expertise in driving significant growth, including executive roles at Bare Minerals and global launches such as JLo Beauty at Guthy-Renker. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Head of Retail Sales & Marketing Strategy for both Gee Beauty and Solawave, Julie also holds a Vice President position at USTAWI, focusing on innovative skincare solutions for melanin-rich skin. Additional roles have included leadership in retail strategy for Personal Fav Co., Tobi Tobin Corporation, and Dragun Beauty, while being a founding member of WE ARE THE BOARD, a community of expert consultants in the consumer lifestyle sector. Julie's educational background includes attendance at Richland Community College from 1983 to 1985.
