Marcelo Thiago Montanha has been working in the marketing field since 2012. Marcelo began their career at Instituto Mondelli de Odontologia as a Relations Publics, where they worked with communication planning, branding, training teams, organizing events, design, and photography. Marcelo also taught marketing and introduction to photography courses at the institute. In 2015, they joined Nutrisaude Alimentação e Serviços as an Analyst of Marketing and later became the Manager of Marketing, where they were responsible for composition of commercial management results, branding, organizing events, market research, copywriting, video editing, photography, design, social media, and purchases. In 2018, they joined Solutudo Franchising Brasil as a Product Manager, where they worked with the core product of the company in direct contact with the marketing and sales areas. Marcelo conducted market research, created product roadmaps, used the Google Design Sprint method, created MVPs, conducted A/B tests, enveloped the product with copywriting and design, studied pricing for products, brand positioning, journey studies with playbooks, implemented and managed Inbound Marketing (2018-2019), created the Customer Success area (2020), managed people, and defined OKRs and KPIs. In 2021, they became a Growth Hacker and Leader of Product and Head of Customer Success at Solutudo Franchising Brasil. In 2022, they will join Geekie as a Product Marketing.

Marcelo Thiago Montanha has an extensive education background. From 2009 to 2012, they studied for a Bachelor's degree in Communication Social - Relations Publics at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. From 2014 to 2015, they completed a Post-Graduate degree in Communication Estratégica, Inovação e Liderança at the same university. In 2017, they obtained an MBA in Marketing e Gestão de Vendas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Masterclass How to Build Digital Products from Product School in 2020, Técnicas Avançadas de Scrum from LinkedIn in 2020, and Formação de Supervisores de Alto Desempenho from CIESP in 2017.
