Cris G. (Shujuan)

Cris (Shujuan) G. started their work experience in April 2014 as a CS & Logistics leader for Shanghai Wisepartners Ltd. Cris(Shujuan) was responsible for managing a 30-person customer service team and the logistics function for various projects, including Epson, Haribo, and Disney. Cris(Shujuan)'srole involved team leadership, cost control, and outsourcing and supply chain management.

In April 2016, they joined FM Logistic as a Process Engineer and Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for process design, continuous improvement, and providing solutions to commercial and IT design. Cris(Shujuan) also worked as a project manager for DC implementations, including Unilever and Carrefour.

In February 2020, Cris joined LF Logistics as a Project Manager and worked there until October 2021.

Currently, Cris is working as a Senior Product Engineer for 极智嘉 since October 2021. Cris(Shujuan)'sresponsibilities include data analysis, robot performance improvement, providing data analysis guidelines and training to the solution team, and product innovation.

Throughout their career, Cris has gained experience in data analysis, project management, process design, and supply chain management.

Cris (Shujuan) G. obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Qingdao University in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Logistics and Operations Management at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. In September 2021, Cris obtained certification as a Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution from APICS. Additionally, in December 2019, they earned the certification of PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute.
