Billy Young has over 27 years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and testing various Modeling and Simulation (M&S) computer applications and Data Collection and Reduction Analysis (DCRA) systems. Billy worked as a Lead Software Engineer/Project Leader at GaN Corporation from 2013 until the present, where they managed a team of Information Management (IT) specialists in conducting realistic operational testing. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer/Program Manager I at Alion Science and Technology from 2008 to 2013 and as a Senior Software Engineer/Project Leader at EWA Services from 2003 to 2008.
Billy Young has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from American Technology University, which they obtained between 1978 and 1982. Billy also has a Master of Science degree in Business with a focus on Information Technology from Tarleton State University, which they received between 2000 and 2002.
