Sarah Allen has a diverse background in sports administration and management, currently serving as the Community Programs Coordinator and previously as the Brand Marketing Coordinator at Geelong Cats since June 2022. Prior experience includes over nine years at AFL Barwon, where Sarah progressed through roles from Casual Netball Administration Assistant to Netball Operations & Events Manager. Additional positions include Football Development Manager at AFL Victoria and Head Coach of Geelong Flyers. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Deakin University and has educational credentials from Victoria University and Sacred Heart College Geelong.
