Rory Gunn has extensive experience in the energy industry, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental management. Rory has held various roles at Noble Drilling, including Division HSE Manager for the Middle East and India Division, where they provided oversight for drilling rigs across multiple countries. Rory also served as Project HSE Manager for shipyard projects, overseeing the implementation of safety procedures and systems. At Global Energy Group, Rory worked as the General Manager for their Nigg Energy Park facility, responsible for property management, maintenance, and operational controls. Prior to that, they held the position of Group HSE Manager at Global Energy Group. Rory has a background in training and certification, having established a training department for regulatory training during their time as Division HSE Manager in West Africa. Rory began their career at Noble Drilling as a STS.

Rory Gunn has studied at North East Scotland College, specializing in NEBOSH - Health and Safety. Prior to that, they attended Fortrose Academy.
