Director Of Operations And Innovation at Global Energy Group

Steve Chisholm has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Steve started their career as a Business Development Manager at Subsea Offshore Ltd in 1983 and later became the Managing Director of Ramforce Services Ltd from 1987 to 1990. From 1990 to 1992, they served as the Development Manager at Seaway UK Ltd. Steve then joined MacGregor Energy Services Ltd as an Executive Director and Board Member from 1992 to 1998. Following that, they held various positions at KCA Deutag, including Projects Director, Board Director, and Managing Director of KCA Iran Kish Drilling Company PJSC. From 2003 to 2005, Steve worked as a Principal at a management consultant firm before becoming the CEO and Board Director of Alchemy Plus Business Solutions Ltd from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Global Energy Group as the Operations Director for the Isleburn Pressure Vessel and Nuclear Division before taking on the role of Projects Director. From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Operations Director for Renewables & Nuclear at Global Energy Group and was responsible for strategic energy projects and managing key offshore renewables projects. Currently, Steve Chisholm is the Director of Operations and Innovation at Global Energy Group, where they oversee renewables and energy transition projects and leads the design and construction of a next-generation offshore wind tower manufacturing facility. Steve is also actively involved in innovation programs related to offshore wind structures. In addition, they have served in leadership positions in industry groups such as Renewable UK Supply Chain Working Group.

Steve Chisholm attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2008 to 2009, participating in the Entrepreneurship Programme.
