Emi Fukutome

Emi Fukutome currently serves as President and Representative Director at GE Healthcare, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Emi held various leadership positions at Medtronic, including Business Director for GIH, Japan and ANZ Leader, as well as APAC Region-led Liaison from March 2021 to May 2024. Emi's earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Head for Japan at Smiths Medical, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing, and acting as Interim Commercial Leader for Smiths Medical China, managing the P&L for that market. Emi also held positions at Baxter International Inc. as Group Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, focusing on renal and infusion systems. Currently, Emi is participating in the Forge Leadership Program at Columbia Business School, following completion of an Advanced LEAD program at Harvard Business School Online in March 2018.
