Marla (Parks) Shell is an experienced compliance professional with a diverse background in the healthcare and biotech industries. Currently serving as the Executive Compliance Lead for USCAN and Global Standards & Governance at GE HealthCare, Marla has held significant roles including Head of Global Ethics & Compliance Advisory at Takeda and Compliance Business Partner at Shire. Additionally, Marla has experience as a business owner at Clay Monet and as an independent consultant with MPS Consulting, Inc. Educationally, Marla is pursuing a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and holds a BA in Biology from Augustana College.
