Ray Anderson

Ray Anderson is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Executive HR Leader for US & Canada Services at GE Healthcare since September 2017, Ray has held several key roles including Global HRBP for Integrated Supply Chain and various Human Resources Manager positions. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Ray worked at General Mills from February 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included Human Resources Manager and Associate HR Manager. Experience also includes an HR internship at PepsiCo - Quaker Oats and earlier roles in sales and marketing, as well as HR internships. Ray holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science from Ripon College.
