Tabitha Wright

Tabitha Wright serves as the Head of Talent Programs at GE Healthcare, overseeing multiple initiatives including the GEHC DoD Skillbridge Program, the Service Apprentice Program, and the Military Extern Program. With a focus on strategic workforce planning and veteran engagement, Tabitha has successfully hired over 1200 apprentices and implemented robust onboarding programs for more than 600 new hires annually, significantly enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Prior to this role, Tabitha held various HR positions, including Multicultural Recruiting Manager at Brigham Young University, where efforts resulted in a notable increase in minority representation. Tabitha's educational background includes an MBA with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
