Project Director at Gehl Architects

Alexander is a Peruvian Architect and Urban Designer with more than 7 years of professional experience working on public and private urban redevelopment projects across the globe. His work has previously focused on urban design & planning, architecture, geospatial analytics, sustainable and affordable housing in various economies, and physical and digital infrastructure in informal communities. As a core member of Gehl’s Innovation Team, Alexander is currently leading the Public Space and Public Life Digital Platform project, while working across all teams, and managing projects in South America and Asia. Alexander is a previous Leventhal Fellow at the Centre for Advanced Urbanism in MIT, where he holds a Master of Science in Architecture & Urbanism.
