Matt O'Neil

Matt O'Neil, P.E. is a Vice President and Senior Project Manager at GEI Consultants, Inc. Matt has previous experience as an Officer in the Rhode Island Army National Guard, Geologic Services Corporation, Chemical Data Management Services, Army National Guard, and the US Army. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
