Jeffrey Perkins

Jeffrey Perkins, PE, currently serves as Associate Vice President, Rochester Office Manager, and Senior Project Manager at The LiRo Group since March 2011, a firm recognized as one of the top 20 Construction Managers nationally. Perkins’ extensive experience includes roles at KCI Technologies, Inc. as Senior Associate in Environmental Discipline, focusing on strategic and tactical planning, and at Erdman Anthony as Corporate Director of Marketing, overseeing corporate sales and quality management. Prior to these positions, Perkins held managerial and engineering roles at SEA Consultants, Erdman Anthony, and Passero Associates, along with early career experiences in construction and engineering. Perkins holds a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and an AS in Civil Engineering from Mohawk Valley Community College. Military experience includes service as an Artillery Surveyor in the US Army.
