Ajla G. Elian

Ajla G. Elian currently serves as the Head of Talent, Operations at GEICO, responsible for overseeing the Talent lifecycle, including talent reviews, succession planning, and overall talent development and engagement since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ajla worked at Hilton for over a decade, holding various positions such as Sr. Director of Talent and Leadership Development, where responsibilities included global leadership development and talent management initiatives. Previous roles at Hilton also encompassed Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager of Leadership Development. Earlier in the career, Ajla gained experience as a Human Resources Consulting Specialist at Hull & Associates and served in academic roles at The George Washington University and the University of Central Florida. Ajla holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
