Colleen Royer

Colleen Royer has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Virtual Auto Damage Adjuster III at GEICO since December 2013, where previous roles include Auto Damage Supervisor and participation in the Management Development Program. Prior to GEICO, Colleen worked at Augustine Group as a Property & Casualty Specialist, earning recognition as a top 10 new hire and a top 25 producer nationwide in 2012. Colleen's career also includes positions at State Farm as an Insurance Account Representative, New York Life Insurance Company as an Insurance Agent, and an internship as a Customer Service Representative at McElrath & Parrish. Colleen began a professional journey in customer service and coaching as an Assistant Swim Coach and Lifeguard at Atlee Recreation Association. Educationally, Colleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Insurance & Risk Management, Finance from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 2009.
