Julie Donahue

Julie Donahue is a seasoned professional in talent development and learning, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Development and Learning at GEICO since June 2023. Prior roles include Director of Learning and Organizational Development and Head of Learning at Nestlé, and Director of Training, Learning and Career Development at Edelman Financial Engines. Julie has extensive experience at CEB in various leadership roles, including Senior Central L&D Lead and Director of Learning and Development. Julie's expertise also includes a tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where responsibilities encompassed training and learning for multiple properties. Additional experience includes roles at The National Quality Forum overseeing healthcare quality indicators and at The George Washington University Hospital in customer service leadership. Julie holds a Master's degree in Health Service Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Salisbury University.
