Katie Craig

Katie Craig is a seasoned professional at GEICO with a career spanning from June 2015 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Claims Innovation & Future Transformation, Katie leads a team focused on enhancing claims processes from the initial notice of loss to physical damage. Previous roles include Director of Digital Physical Damage, Systems Project Manager, and Senior Business Analyst, all contributing to substantial improvements in claims processes and customer service. As a skilled leader, Katie has developed interns and supervised performance management teams, applying expertise in Lean Six Sigma and project management. Katie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, complemented by a minor in Dance and a Leadership Certificate from Sweet Briar College.
