Mike Wojton

Mike Wojton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as an Agile Delivery Lead at GEICO since November 2022, where responsibilities include implementing SAFe practices and utilizing Kanban for project management. Since November 2017, Mike has also been the Project Lead Developer for a Mainframe Archival Project at GEICO, focusing on transitioning data to a cloud-based solution. Prior to GEICO, Mike held various roles at IBM from 1982 to 2017, including Data Analyst Team Lead, providing support for application performance management, and leading performance and capacity planning for Lotus Domino. Mike's career began as a System Engineer and Senior System Analyst, delivering technical sales and application development support across multiple regions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
