Souj Narasimhacharya

Souj Narasimhacharya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software and data engineering, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Software and Data Engineering at Koalafi since January 2022. Souj has held various influential roles, including VP and Head of Engineering at Rhino, where a significant team expansion was achieved, and Vice President at OnDeck, overseeing technology strategy and team management. Additionally, Souj is actively involved as a member of the Board of Advisors for Lightup Data and YARDLINE CAPITAL. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Sallie Mae and Children's National Hospital, as well as founding Tek Solutions Group, which provided IT consulting services. Souj holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida, and a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
