Hadi Youssef

Hadi Youssef, MBA, ACC, MTa® Learning Facilitator, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Hadi holds the position of Group People & Growth Director at geidea since August 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing learning and development, performance management, and engagement across all regions. Hadi has also revamped the performance and talent management approach and is leading multiple engagement initiatives.

Prior to geidea, Hadi worked at Alshaya Group from 2013 to 2022. Hadi'sroles at Alshaya Group include Talent Manager - Middle East from October 2017 to August 2022, Learning and Development Manager- KSA from October 2014 to September 2017, and Training Manager - Middle East from June 2013 to September 2014.

From 2010 to 2013, Hadi worked at Alghanim Industries as a Talent Development Specialist in Kuwait. Here, they consulted with business stakeholders to identify development needs and designed training programs. Hadi also designed the Management Development Program for Alghanim Industries Managers and delivered various courses for industries such as Kuwait Petroleum Company and Kuwait Fund. Additionally, they designed and delivered mentoring programs for Khafji Joint Operations and Equate and provided coaching to managers from different industries.

Previously, Hadi worked as a Training Specialist at CENTURY 21® from August 2008 to September 2010 and as a Sales Manager at Quintessentially in the Middle East from September 2007 to July 2008. Hadi also gained experience as a Sales Executive at Gulf Bank from November 2005 to August 2007 and as a Product Specialist at TAREQ CO W.LL from October 2000 to October 2005.

Hadi Youssef holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Kuwait University in 2000.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Hadi Youssef has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Hadi is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, achieving this certification in November 2021. Hadi is also a Certified Life, Career & Executive Coach from the Goal Imagery Institute, International School of Coaching Mastery.

Hadi Youssef has received certifications in various fields including Succession Planning and Talent Management, Fintech, Instructional Design, and DDI Facilitation. Hadi has also completed training in Train the Trainer Virtual and Competency Based HR.

Furthermore, Hadi Youssef is a certified MTa Learning Facilitator and has been accredited as an SHL Assessments Administrator.
