Murali Mohan Thupakula

Murali Mohan Thupakula has over 17 years of experience in the field of IT and digital transformation. Murali Mohan is currently serving as the Group Director of IT - Digital Transformation at Geidea, where they oversee various key projects and initiatives related to fintech applications, data strategy, application strategy, process automation, and enterprise strategy & architecture. Prior to this, Murali worked as the Group Head of Information Technology - Digital Transformation at Al Hamra, where they led numerous projects involving customer portal app integration, utility management, facility management automation, lead management automation, SAP system stabilization, SAP Ariba implementation, SAP Success Factors automation, and process automation. Murali Mohan has also held positions such as Program Manager - Digital Transformation SAP and Applications at Bloom Holding, Project Manager/SAP Real Estate ECO SME at Cantaloupe Consulting, SAP SME/Solution Architect at Wipro Middle East, SAP Functional Lead/SME at Schneider Electric, SAP Competency Manager/Project Manager at Capgemini, and SAP Competency Lead - ECO SME at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Throughout their career, Murali has shown expertise in SAP implementation, business process re-engineering, team management, change management, and cross-module integration.

Murali Mohan Thupakula completed an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Sri Venkateswara University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Computer Sciences from Sri Krishnadevaraya University from 1999 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2022 and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) from ISACA in 2021. Murali Mohan is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in SAP.
