Dominik Bayerl

Dominik Bayerl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and corporate development. Currently serving as Leiter Unternehmensentwicklung at Geiger Gruppe since January 2022, Bayerl focuses on integrating strategy, innovation, digitalization, sustainability, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Bayerl held positions such as Leiter Innovationsmanagement at neutryno software GmbH and Co-Founder, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation through custom software solutions and cloud-migration initiatives. At Wieland Group, Bayerl excelled as Senior Manager of Innovation Enablement, leading a cross-continental team and establishing a global innovation interface.
