Cara Zayac McCormick

Cara Zayac McCormick currently serves as the Administrative Director at Geisinger Health System, a position held since February 2012, where coaching interdisciplinary teams on process improvement projects is a primary focus. Prior to this, Cara worked as a Project Manager at the University of Pennsylvania from September 2007 to February 2012, managing a multi-million dollar NIH grant that explored the ethical, legal, and social implications of new genetic technologies in healthcare. Cara holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Life Science and Psychology from Penn State University.
