David Klinger, RPh., MHL, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in pharmacy and health care administration. Currently serving as the System Director of Operations & Compliance and AVP of Acute Care Services at Geisinger since November 2014, Klinger previously held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Geisinger Medical Center from July 2009 to November 2014 and worked as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Geisinger from November 2004 to June 2009. Klinger began his career at the University of Pennsylvania as a Senior Pharmacist from 1995 to 2004. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Temple University.
