Joni Olshefski

Joni Olshefski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Development and Learning Specialist II at Geisinger, where responsibilities include providing Organizational Development services to leadership and supporting leadership development initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic direction. Previously, Joni held various leadership roles at Blue Cross of Northeastern PA from January 2002 to December 2010, focusing on organization effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture change strategies. Joni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Psychology from King's College.
