Katy Baralt

Katy Baralt is a Nurse Recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development. Currently serving as a Senior Nurse Recruiter at Geisinger since March 2017, Katy has progressed through various roles including Nurse Recruiter and Recruiter for Lab Medicine & Radiology. Prior to this, Katy worked at PA CareerLink Northumberland/Snyder/Union Counties from November 2014 to March 2017, holding positions as Employer Service Representative and Workforce Specialist. Katy Baralt is an alumnus of Slippery Rock University.
