Lindsey Bussom

Lindsey Bussom, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as Associate Vice President of Value Based Care Operations and Strategic Integration at Geisinger, leading the establishment of the new value-based care organization, Risant Health. With a strong background at Geisinger from 2010 to 2023, Lindsey held various leadership roles including Vice President of the Musculoskeletal Institute, where oversight included strategic initiatives across multiple departments and facilities, and Associate Vice President positions within the Surgery Institute and Pediatric Service Line. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Administrator at Health Management Associates, Inc., and Analyst at Accenture, with a focus on operational efficiency and project management. Lindsey holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy Analysis from Penn State University.
