Tori Miller

Tori Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telehealth and healthcare technology management. Currently serving as Manager of Telehealth Services at Geisinger since April 2014, Tori has held various roles including Telehealth Team Lead and Senior Product Manager at the Steele Institute For Innovation. Key achievements include leading the implementation of virtual video visits and artificial intelligence-driven chat solutions to enhance patient care, as well as training approximately 3000 providers in telemedicine during the Covid pandemic. Prior to Geisinger, Tori was Implementation and Training Manager at InnerLink, where responsibilities included training school nurses and managing data for over 700,000 student medical records. Tori's early career involved client support and sales analysis roles in different organizations, contributing to a well-rounded skill set that spans program management, client support, and data analysis. Tori holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
