Filippos Tepaskoualos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Filippos began their career in 1996 as an Assistant Cost Control Engineer at TERNA S.A. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Mining - Metallurgy Engineer (Site Engineer) at the same company, where they worked until 2002. From 2003 to 2004, Tepaskoualos served as a Senior Structural Engineer at J/V TRAM CIVIL WORKS. In 2005, they joined Alfa Alfa Energy - ESHA Greece as a Technical Sales employee, specializing in Bitumen products. Filippos then returned to TERNA S.A. in 2007 and worked as a Senior Officer in the HSE Directorate until 2015. In 2015, they joined the GEK TERNA Group of Companies as the Corporate HSE Director, where they currently hold a position. Throughout their career, Tepaskoualos has gained expertise in various areas, including monitoring HSE management systems, coordinating health and safety in construction projects, and managing HSE legal and training procedures.

Filippos Tepaskoualos holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining-Metallurgy Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Design & Construction of Underground Works from the same university. Filippos obtained another Master's degree in Mining & Metallurgy Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2013. In 2016 to 2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of East London. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tepaskoualos has obtained several certifications in various fields such as business continuity, information security, health & safety management systems, risk management, and auditing.
