Anthony Shina

Anthony Shina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries, with a focus on property and development roles. Anthony is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Gelatissimo, responsible for store development, franchising, and expansion. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager - Australia at Gelatissimo. Before joining Gelatissimo, Anthony held the position of Director at Realcorp Property Advisory. Anthony also worked as the Chief Property and Development Officer at craveable brands., overseeing brands such as Red Rooster, Oporto, and Chicken Treat. Earlier in their career, Anthony held leadership roles at Westpac Group and ANZ Banking Group, where they were responsible for the strategic execution of retail property projects and the management of property portfolios. Anthony began their career as a Project Engineer at Leighton Contractors.
