Martin Racimo

Martin Racimo has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company in 2015. Martin then worked their way up to become a Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and finally took an educational leave to pursue an MBA from August 2018 to December 2020. Following their leave, Martin returned to Bain & Company as a Consultant until November 2021. In 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant. Currently, Martin is at Gelato, where they started as a Senior Manager of Strategy in November 2021 and is now the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development. In addition to these roles, they also had a summer internship as a Country Expansion Officer at Lidya in 2019.

Martin Racimo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School in 2020. Martin also participated in the MBA Exchange Program at London Business School in 2019. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, which they completed in 2015. During their undergraduate studies, they had the opportunity to attend the Undergraduate Exchange Program at Penn Engineering in 2014.
