Josh Oakes

Josh Oakes currently serves as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Worthington Steel since December 2023, following a similar role at Worthington Industries from October 2017 to December 2023, during which Worthington Industries underwent a separation of its Steel Processing business. Previously, Josh Oakes was the Business Director for Cryogenics at Worthington, overseeing the global cryogenics business with full P&L responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager for Trailers at Chart Industries, Inc. and as Director of Business Development at Armstrong World Industries, focusing on strategic growth for the Architectural Specialties and Worthington Armstrong Venture sectors. Josh Oakes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
