Debra Allen

Debra Allen has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Head of Human Resources at Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, LLC since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Owner of EAA21 Management Consulting Services, where they executed senior level human resources consulting strategies for mid-size to large companies in California. Debra also served as a partner, consultant, and ally in complex workplace matters, managed HR teams, and oversaw employee engagement activities.

Before that, Debra held leadership positions at Sugarfina USA LLC, where they were the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, and at the Los Angeles Film School as the Director of Human Resources, providing expertise in developing and executing HR initiatives and serving as a strategic partner.

Debra also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Abrams Artists Agency, where they managed a team and dealt with various HR matters, including disciplinary measures and investigations related to Title VII and interpersonal conflict. Debra's earlier work experience includes being a Human Resources Manager at Handprint Entertainment, where they led investigations and approved capital for HR programs.

Debra Allen has a wealth of experience in human resources, including leadership positions, managing teams, and handling complex workplace matters.

Debra Allen is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Southern California, expected to be completed in 2023. Debra previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they have shown an interest in studying Law at Pepperdine Law.
