Marcelo Sala

Marcelo Sala has extensive experience in the gelatin manufacturing industry, currently serving as Global Process & Technology Advisor at GELITA since October 2008. Throughout this tenure, Marcelo has held multiple leadership roles including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Prior to GELITA, Marcelo worked at PB Gelatins/PB Leiner as Production Manager and Production Engineer from 2003 to September 2008, and at Leiner Davis Gelatin as Production Engineer from September 1996 to 2003. Marcelo holds an MBA in Administration from Universidad Nacional del Litoral, completed a General Management Program at Melbourne Business School, and has a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
