Rubens Maia

Rubens Maia has a comprehensive and varied work experience, starting as a Production Supervisor at Amazonas produtos para Calçados in 1995. Rubens then worked as a Production Supervisor at Medabil Sistemas Construtivos SA. Later, they gained experience as a Process Engineer at GELITA SOUTH AMERICA and as a Process Technologist at Leiner Davis Gelatin - Brazil. Their career at GELITA included roles such as Process Technologist, Process Development Manager, Technical Manager, Systems and Process Manager, Business Process Manager, and Head of Business Intelligence Asia Pacific, where they managed ERP implementations, business processes, and business intelligence projects for the company.

Rubens Maia completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1994. Rubens then pursued a Master of Technology Management with a focus on E-Business at The University of Queensland from 2002 to 2004. Later on, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Process Management from Queensland University of Technology between 2010 and 2012. In 2022-2023, Rubens Maia attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management for the Global Accelerated Development Program in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in GELITA.
