Steven Cloves

Steven Cloves is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in operations and finance. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Finance at Geller & Company since April 2013, Steven leads a team focused on financial planning and analysis for a philanthropic foundation. Previous roles include Division CFO for a multi-billion dollar financial software company, where responsibility encompassed all aspects of the P&L, and a leadership position overseeing compensation planning and headcount for a workforce of over 18,000 employees. While at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2013, Steven held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Trust MI & Control, where Steven managed the return analysis of $14 billion in client assets during the firm’s administration. Steven holds a degree in Business Studies from City St George’s, University of London.
