Michael Laffan

Michael Laffan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance and operations leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance and Operations at Gossamer Bio since February 2022, Michael previously held several senior roles at Dun & Bradstreet from March 2011 to February 2022, including Senior Director Finance and Ireland Finance Leader, where responsibilities included financial leadership for global technology efforts and management of a European finance team. Earlier positions included financial roles at UTC Fire & Security, Roche, General Electric Capital European Funding, and Price Waterhouse Coopers, combining expertise in financial accounting, management, and auditing. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Accounting and Finance from Limerick Institute of Technology and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
