Yiyun Guan

Yiyun (Ashley) Guan, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Manager at Geller & Company since May 2020, where expertise lies in income, estate, and gift tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals, trusts, and closely-held businesses. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to provide comprehensive family office services. Prior roles include Tax Senior at EY, where services focused on tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals in the hedge fund and private equity sectors, and Staff Accountant at Savignano accountants & advisors, responsible for preparing tax returns, financial statement reviews, and client audits. Yiyun holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University.
