Valentina Pini is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at GELLIFY since June 2021. Valentina has successfully led talent development and HR process optimization projects while also overseeing global talent acquisition efforts. Prior roles include positions as a People & Talent Acquisition Partner and a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at GELLIFY, as well as internships at Admenta Italia S.p.A. and Hera, focusing on personnel management and learning & development.
